Co-curricular & Enrichment
Co-curricular and enrichment activities at GFH Alia National School give students the chance to lead, to discover, to compete, and to grow in ways the classroom alone cannot deliver.
Why co-curricular matters
Colleges and employers alike look for evidence of what a student has done beyond passing subjects. Sport builds character. Music, art, and drama develop parts of a child that academic work does not reach. Leadership roles, service opportunities, and clubs teach students to organise, to lead, and to work with others. The co-curricular life of the school is not decoration. It is part of the education.

ASDAN qualifications
The school is a registered ASDAN centre, offering students the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications in personal development, employability, and life skills. ASDAN qualifications sit alongside the American diploma and are particularly valuable in the senior years.

Leadership and service
Students at every phase have opportunities to take on leadership, service, and community roles. These are structured age-appropriately, from classroom monitors in the youngest years to student council and prefect roles in the senior grades.

Trips and educational visits
Educational trips complement classroom learning and, in the senior years, prepare students for the wider world through overseas visits and residential experiences.
