Governance overview

The school operates under a partnership between its founding leadership and GFH Bank. In May 2026, GFH Bank signed a strategic agreement with the school to support the development of its new campus and to launch the school under its updated identity as GFH Alia National School.

This partnership provides the school with institutional backing, capital investment for infrastructure, and continued autonomy over academic direction and educational philosophy. The founding leadership remains responsible for the school’s academic mission and daily operations.

Strategic and advisory partners

GFH Bank

Strategic partner. In May 2026, GFH Bank signed a strategic agreement with the school to support the development of the new campus and to launch the updated school identity. GFH’s involvement provides institutional backing and long-term investment in the school’s infrastructure.

Global Services in Education (GSE)

Education management advisory partner. GSE provides the school with operational leadership and strategic advisory across school setup, growth, positioning, and international best practice. GSE is co-founded and led by Shanna Parry (Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner) and Greg Parry (Co-Founder and CEO), and works with schools across the GCC, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. The management partnership between GSE and the school is operationalised through Shanna Parry’s role as Executive Director.
